SPARX Studioz & Technologies provides digital services including, but not limited to, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Development, and IT Consultancy. The details of specific deliverables will be outlined in the custom quotations provided to clients.

3. Quotations and Payments

Quotations: Pricing is provided via custom quotation based on the specific requirements submitted by the client via email or our contact forms.
Invoicing: All payments are processed offline via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods as detailed in your specific service invoice.
Refunds: Refund policies regarding specific projects will be outlined in your service contract or invoice. Generally, deposits for design and development work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. User-Generated Content

Client Deliverables: Intellectual property rights for paid projects (e.g., a completed logo or website) will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the final invoice, as per the specific project agreement.
